Donation Campaign Privacy Notice
Our privacy commitment
ShambhuPMP uses donation-campaign information only to acknowledge your interest, administer the campaign, prevent abuse, and prepare internal audit reports. We do not sell your contact information or automatically add it to a marketing list.
Information we collect
We collect your name, email address, optional phone number, how you heard about the campaign, campaign name, tentative intended amount, the policy version you accepted, and submission timestamps. We may record limited events such as opening the official-options page or clicking an official destination. We do not store raw IP addresses for reporting.
Payments are separate
ShambhuPMP does not collect banking or card information and cannot see, process, receive, track, or confirm a payment. Official external destinations apply their own privacy practices.
Access and retention
Only authorized WordPress administrators can access campaign records. Records are retained according to the campaign retention setting, currently based on the campaign archive date plus 24 months, unless a longer period is legally required.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information by contacting siwakotishambhu@gmail.com. Some limited records may be retained when necessary for security or legal obligations.
