📉 RSI Mastery

Use RSI to understand momentum exhaustion, recovery strength, and when a bounce may be real or weak.

1) What RSI Tells You

RSI measures momentum.
It helps identify whether a stock is potentially oversold, overbought, or building recovery strength.

2) RSI Zones

RSI Zone Meaning Recovery Use
Below 30 Oversold Watch for bounce, but do not buy blindly
30–50 Weak to neutral Needs confirmation
50–60 Momentum improving Recovery becoming stronger
60–70 Strong momentum Good trend confirmation
Above 70 Overbought Take profit or avoid chasing

3) RSI Recovery Signals

  • RSI moves from below 30 back above 30.
  • RSI crosses above 50 with price reclaiming VWAP.
  • RSI makes higher lows while price stabilizes.
  • ! RSI stays weak below 50 while price bounce fades.
  • ! RSI above 70 after a big spike may be too late to chase.

4) RSI Divergence

Bullish Divergence
Recovery Watch

Price makes a lower low, but RSI makes a higher low. This can show selling pressure is weakening.

Bearish Divergence
Warning

Price makes a higher high, but RSI makes a lower high. This can show momentum is fading.
